As your coach, my number one priority is to be a beacon of light and a guide as you break through those mental and emotional barriers that have held you back from living life at your full potential. I can say, without reservation the difference between those that succeed or fail in achieving their full potential, comes down to one thing…Having the “right mindset”!
Together we will be going through some mental exercises where I’ll be helping you master three basic principles that will ensure you have the right mindset for living a fully integrated life.
I believe we’re all searching for the same things: health; time and financial freedom, peace, happiness and a sense of purpose. Society has programmed us to believe that peace and happiness are found through worldly possessions and/or achievement. (Once I get into the right relationship, get the right job, make a ton of money, get the dream house, buy the perfect car, take a vacation, get the kids out of the house, sculpt the perfect body, etc., then I will be happy.) Of course, there is nothing wrong with acquiring things that please us, but if this is truly the secret to success, why is it that some people who have achieved financial success and have all the toys to prove it are still unhappy and not at peace with themselves?
Additionally, we’re all taught that in order to experience success and happiness, we need to set goals. The problem is that most of us are setting goals based on limiting beliefs. Those limiting beliefs cause us to have a poor self-image. Having a poor self-image does not allow us to reach our full potential in life, and we end up settling for a life of mediocrity. So, what is the answer?
